If you've been reading my blog, you know that I've really wanted to read this for a while. This novel had been staring at me every time I entered a bookstore. Elantris is a standalone novel by Brandon Sanderson, in fact his first published book. I would pick it up, read the blurb, and think that it sounded pretty interesting. So it wasn't until this Christmas that I had the chance to settle down with Brandon Sanderson's debut novel, ELANTRIS.
